Boa noite! Será possivel ser mais preciso nos detalhes do trabalho para que eu possa apresentar um orçamento correcto: Que tipo de plantas pode entregar (desenhos, dwg, ...) como base para os 3d. Quantas vistas precisa? Qual é o seu prazo? Em média eu peço 100 euros por render/modelo, se precisar de mais que um render por modelo o preço decresce. Posso ir até 200 euros por 4 renders por modelo (50 por render é um bom valor). Até à entrega final, consoante o número de renders, varia entre 3 a cinco dias, com entrega previa de mocks para revisão. Os renders finais serão 6000px por 4000px. Sou estudante de engenharia civil, estou no ultimo ano. Tenho experiencia em renders tanto exterior como interior. Trabalhei por dois anos com modelagem em 3D em conceito BIM. Atualmente trabalho com projetos e consultoria de fundações. Mas continuo modelando por gostar muito e para estar sempre atualizada. Utilizo o autodesk Revit para modelagem dos projetos. Antes de fazer as imagens definitivas sempre envio uma para o cliente aprovar o ambiente e só assim renderizo as imagens definitivas. No pacote incluo sempre 4 fotos, se o cliente quiser mais do quatro fotos elas serão negociadas a parte. Possuo imagens para que o cliente possa ver me trabalho só entrar em contato comigo que eu envio. Gostei muito dessa plataforma e gostaria desta primeira oportunidade.
