Point cloud model in to fully generic Archicad 19 model -- 2

1. We would like you to start immediately, we need layouts first ASAP, full 3d can be done at later stages. You need to assess how much time it will take you. 2. We would like to have the buildings build in 3d, inside walls with doors, stairs, mark where bathrooms and toilets are, basically to transform the cloud model in to fully generic Archicad 19 model . Basic model internally, no need to build everything inside as per scan, like skirting’s, exact shape of doors, furniture’s. The only feature we would need is a balustrade in the old building. Externally building has to look as per 3d scan, photos. 3. We have many photos and we can go on site and take more any time. 4. Give us a fix price for total work and time you need to complete all. We can agree some partial payment as soon as the part of the buildings will be ready. We need layouts first ASAP. 5. We need fully generic Archicad 19 model to be able to work on, making changes at the model. All for planning purposes. The full cloud model E57 extension size is 145 GB, that includes landscape and trees. Buildings only 12.8 GB. Please make sure you are able to work on the above data sizes.
