dissertation results

I am working on my dissertation for my doctorate in Educational Administration at a minor university. I have conducted a quantitative study and now want assistance presenting the findings (results sections) from someone well versed in statistics in the social sciences and academic writing. What I need is help analyzing and reporting the results in an ACADEMICALLY acceptable format. I will provide the data in MS Excel format. The data is very straight forward. It is observer scores from the Leadership Attributes Inventory which scores a subject (in this case educators) on 37 different attributes of leadership. I have approximately 400 observer ratings pre and 400 observer ratings post on 105 educators. I want the pre scores for each attribute compared to the post scores for each attribute and a ruling on whether any change is statistically significant. (t-tests?) Some reporting on inter-rater reliability would also be in order. I look forward to hearing from you.
