Research Writing - University research essay of 8000 words - criminal justice -- 2

Details of the research writing are as follow: Project title: Investigatory Powers Act 2016: Would more power to access our data take Fraud Investigation to another level Brief summary of project – to include a rationale: On the 29th November 2016, the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 was enacted to give additional powers to the police and other law enforcement agencies power to access internet browsing history of any person subject to a criminal offence. Although the idea and main objective of this piece of legislation is to combat the recent phenomenon of terrorism, I’ll demonstrate how this law would take fraud investigation to another level and could be one of the best tools when countering frauds. Project aims and outcomes: Demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of this legislation on fraud investigations. I will prove how this law will take fraud investigation to another level and potentially solve a lot of ambiguous cases
