Create a Standard Procedure for Identifying Viral Instagram Posts in a Country

The target audience is students aged 18-21 and the subjects of interest are: 1. Comedy 2. Health/Food 3. Social Life 4. Sports / Exercise 5. Dance / Music 6. General Interests Using the U.S.A. as an example country, create a STANDARD PROCEDURE for identifying the viral Instagram posts in this country on any Monday in each of the six (6) subjects above. Note that: milestone 1 will be creation of the standard procedure (not more than two pages MS Word document), milestone 2 will be review and approval by one Trend Researcher (you will make the necessary edits), milestone 3 will be review and approval by a second Trend Researcher (you will again make the necessary edits, milestone 4 will be final review and approval by the Social Media Manager (you will make the final final corrections to the document). Each milestone will be $10 so the completed document will cost $40. An example of a trend research project is attached (which has no procedure or method for identifying viral posts) just for understanding of the reason and use of getting the trending posts.
