rotoscopy of characters

I am looking to hire someone to perform rotoscopy of characters on footage that is less than 1 minute in duration. The desired output format is exr and my budget for this project is $18.23. As an experienced Freelancer in this field, I am expecting someone with knowledge and skill to provide the highest quality results. Please let me know if you have the necessary qualifications and experience to complete this project. Thank you. General Note for Rotoscopy 1. Shape should be on a Hard edge. 2. Don't use the motion blur option in Nuke or Silhouette. 3. Matte should be in RGB. 4. Do QC with your own hand in Checkerboard or Constant. It will be better if you are doing QC using any of the background footage. 5. After completing the hard-edge roto, do feather (D poly) in nuke for finalizing the shot. 6. Open poly matte render Compulsory. 7. Nuke and silhouette files are also required. [login to view URL]
