Looking for experienced affiliate manager to find youtube influencer

We are looking for affiliate manager to search, contact, offer and follow up youtube influencer to be our affiliate marketer for our online store. Our store is as follows: [login to view URL] We have affiliate system that can be setup to offer a 15% sales commission. We are looking for youtube influencer with one or multiple channels that has following criteria: 1. Niche: Gadget/Tech review, Home Decor, Sports. 2. Minimum Subscribers : 50k 3. Minumum videos published in the channels: 50 videos. 4. Minimum average monthly video views is 10k for each video published in the channels. 5. Primary Audience Geo Targeting: USA, UK, CA, AU. 6. We can provide all the advertising material with the copywriting. 7. A permanent external URL link to our product page will be required to be displayed in the video description of the videos promoting our product and published in the channel. 8. We will review the proposed youtube channel to make sure they have good quality & highly related content and subscribers/followers. For our affiliate marketing program, we can offer following benefit/payout for influencer: Commission Based - 15% commission with minimum commitment for 5 video ads attached to new/upcoming videos to be published in the channels. We can send a product demo (for youtube influencer), so that our product can be showcased as demo video. or sponsored videos/pay as you go/direct payment with following offer: 5 x Sponsored Video Ads with duration 30 seconds to 1 minutes attached in the beggining of the new/upcoming videos published in the channel (no sales commission and no product demo to be sent) Payout for Influencer: $500 (2 x payment terms) 15 x sponsored Video Ads with duration 30 seconds to 1 minutes attached in the beggining of the new/upcoming videos published in the channel (no sales commission and no product demo to be sent) Payout for influencer: $1000 (4 x payment terms) Payments for influencer will be done via escrow, we will pay escrow fee so that our influencer will get full amount. Duration for this project is 90 days. Payment for our affiliate manager will be done/calculated using following structure: Comission based influencer - $100 per influencer Pay as you go 15 sponsored video ads influencer - $50 per influencer Pay aso you go 5 sponsored video ads influencer - $25 per influencer Payment for our affiliate manager can be done in 2 or 4 terms, and will be calculated based on the number of affiliate/influencer that has been succesfully sign up into our affiliate system and published the 1st videos for us.
