Position Overview: As a Sales Executive at TOURGRAM, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth by converting leads into satisfied customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients through effective communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and other online platforms. The successful candidate will be passionate about travel, possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Lead Conversion:** Initiate and maintain contact with potential customers, nurturing leads through the sales funnel to conversion. 2. **Communication:** Utilize effective communication skills in Hindi and English to articulate the value proposition of TOURGRAM's services and tailor messages to meet individual customer needs. 3. **Follow-up:** Implement a consistent follow-up strategy to build and maintain relationships with leads, ensuring a positive customer experience and addressing any concerns. 4. **Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and maximizing revenue opportunities. 5. **Market Research:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable insights for improving sales strategies. **Compensation:** 1. Basic Salary: 5000 Rupees per month. 2. Commission: 300 Rupees per successful conversion. **Qualifications:** 1. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the travel or tourism industry. 2. Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. 5. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. 6. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. 7.
