Application to Select and Combine PDF Files

Need an application to locate, select and combine pdf files. ## Deliverables Pdf files have been created from scanned aperture (microfilm) cards. According to Acrobat, the images are too large to be OCR'd. Some of the filmed drawings span two or more cards (files); others are one complete drawing per file. This is indicated in a couple of different areas of the various file names, depending on the type of drawing, and in one consistent way within all the drawings themselves. Need an application that will scan a collection of files in a folder, combine the ones which need to be combined, ***in the proper sequence,*** and ignore the rest.
