Sk: Reliable person for daily Promotion task

I am looking to hire someone to work for me on a monthly basis 8 hours a day 6 days/week. This person needs to be already familiar with promotion, Proxies, Various software, Traffic techniques etc... I will provide a Monthly Calendar that can be updated weekly depending on the progress. This calendar will contain a series of tasks to perform everyday during the 8 hours. Those tasks will cover various effective techniques for Web promotion. Including : - [login to view URL] (Lense Creation) - SEO Submission (Google + Ezines) - RSS To Blog (Creation of Blogs using Automated software) - Social Bookmarking (Tag and Ping Software) - Forum Posting (Auto posting Software ) - Craiglist Posting (Software or Manual) - Ebay-CL promo Those various techniques and site will be used to drive traffic to either Landing Pages, Or directly on websites. I will provide the links and graphic material to use. Note that while I will provide the material and general process to be done, the person expertise in traffic & Promotion is expected so we can discuss various approaches if needed to maximize the efforts. I need a bit more than a data entry guy. Experience and smarts a must. Good English a must also so I don't spent hours trying to explain myself or describe what's in the calendar. I will expect a daily report of what was done precisely during the day including the time it took for each task. So I can evaluate and compare the results base on the effort provided and adjust the campaigns accordingly throughout the month. I need the full 8 hours to be spend on the tasks assigned so It is a full day dedicated to bringing traffic and awareness to our product and websites. Which means that if the daily tasks from the calendar are completed early, the assigned person will need to make sure to keep going until the 8 hours are fully used. There will be plenty to do and I want those hours used. I will provide the software necessary to perform the various tasks on a daily basis. You will need to get familiar with them (if you are not already). Most software are windows based so you will run it from your end. For the software that requires a server, like some scripts, I will give you access to a server so you can install them and use them from there. The reason I need this person is because I have a lot of things going on in other fields and I cannot dedicated my time to perform those easy but time consuming tasks which are necessary on a daily basis. Once agreed on the principle, we will do a week trial. Subsequently, I will pay once every two weeks (PayPal). Typical daily tasks could include : - Create Squidoo lenses for Product A - Use Analyseexpress soft to create % analyse the keyword description then submit site using IPB - Submit the stories generated from Rss to blog then post to Ezarticle - Create landing pages for Product A using a landing page generator soft - Bookmark Landing Page A to all major social Booking site, Using Bookmarking demon - Post 5 ads in Craigslit etc.. I don't expect to pay more than the standard cost for a full time employee in India (that is posted often on the Freelance site 500-550) to do the tasks primarily because I provide most of the information. However with time, and if the person turn out to bring in more than expected and with good results, I will be more than willing to up the monthly $ for this person to double etc... This can be extremely beneficial for you as you will also learn from what techniques are successful or not and use the knowledge for your own promotion or offer the newly found service to your clients. I researched a lot of venues for marketing, guru eBooks and software and need to put them in application on a daily basis. I am looking for a long term relationship. Detail oriented, Professional and on time (Critical). Daily report is a must for the project to be successful.
