Elevate Brand Awareness via Social Media

I'm looking for a savvy Social Media Manager to maximize our brand presence and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role will essentially be in charge of executing a strategy centered on increasing our brand awareness through eye-catchy, image-based posts. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating compelling visual content and have an understanding of the specific metrics of each platform. Key responsibilities will include: * Use social media tools to craft and release content to our social channels * Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences * Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals * Set specific objectives and report on ROI * Create a Content Calendar, and generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) * Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics * Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency * Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews * Oversee social media accounts’ layouts and design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout) * Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep [Company X]’s social media presence consistently relevant * Establish key performance indicators to understand efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations Expertise in social media marketing with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn is necessary, along with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Familiarity with online analytics and tracking tools to monitor performance will be advantageous.
