Social Media Engagement - Writer

We are an agency in Canada looking to build a long term working business relationship with someone who can take initiate, be responsive, timely, and has a good grip of the English language. The main job of the social media engager is to spend time researching and finding the right target demographics (we'll provide systems, processes and instructions to make it easier), connecting with them, developing online relationships, commenting, Direct messaging, some following/unfollowing and responding/following up is crucial. When nurturing relationships online, it's all about speaking authentically and disrupting normal brain patterns by commenting something witty and fun or direct messaging someone how their recent post was so inspiring etc. Instagram is overly filled with AI robots and templated messages, we want to get away from that and build real and lasting connections with our clients'/brands customers. The job requires being flexible and able to answer comments,DM's, re-story posts in a timely and authentic way.
