Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including content ideation, and implementation schedules 2. Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including Data Scientist, product development, and other stakeholders 3. Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns 5. Reports progress to senior management 6. Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter, and Instagram 7. Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors 8. Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages 9. Define most important social media KPIs 10. Measure the success of every social media campaign 11. Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies 12. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization 13. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
