Code a python-based auto-emailing add-on to Quickbooks Desktop

We are an appliance repair service. We currently use Quickbooks desktop 2018 for all our data entry, including customer information. We want to develop a program which would auto-email new customers a few hours after their information has been entered into the system. The email would be customized based on their information (for example what city they are located in). The project would consist of two parts: 1) Developing python code to communicate with Quickbooks. This shouldn't be too hard given that a Python API already exists for Quickbooks. (See [login to view URL]). The code would really just need to be able to fetch customer info as it is entered into Quickbooks 2) Developing an auto-emailing script to send an html rich email to customers. The more important part of the project is #1, so if you can only do that and not #2, feel free to bid.
