receive udp packets on a Windows machine from multiple port numbers and forward the packet content after filtering, to a configurable ip address and port number via TCP.

The software will be written to run on a Windows platform. it must be capable of running on 32 or 64 bit systems. The program will be designed to run automatically on system boot up. The software will listen for UDP traffic that will be directed to the windows machine LAN ip address. The traffic will be coming from upto 16 separate LAN addresses but will be sent to individual port numbers. For example: windows machine [login to view URL] will receive UDP data from the following ip addresses and corresponding port numbers: [login to view URL] port 3001 [login to view URL] port 3002 [login to view URL] port 3003 etc.. The software will then forward the UDP packets payload using TCP to configurable ip addresses and port numbers e.g. [login to view URL] port 3001, [login to view URL] port 3002 etc. The software should also be able to check for and remove duplicate or triplicate packets. The software must run with the minimum time delay. A simple GUI based program should allow the user to change ip addresses and port numbers easily. I can supply for details if required
