Streaming Music On Hold Module For Twilio

Twilio is able to play music on hold, but in a limited form. It must be an audio file and it must be under 30 minutes. We seek an experienced Twilio developer who understands a pathway to create a streaming audio module for music on hold in Twilio. Our company has done this for other platforms, including Cisco, Genesys, Avaya. Twilio needs this feature, but the company responds to requests only by saying it is not an available feature. We can transcode streams as needed, but the most common format is icecast (Shoutcast) http mp3. No audio files! That is the goal. Users can control content from the Easy On Hold customer portal and the phone-on-hold plays the streamed content. Our hire must know that this is not currently available in Twilio, but is smart enough to find a way to accomplish the goal.
