I have worked on Microsoft SharePoint project for 4 years. I am good with software architecture, design,.. I also have experience in Android, IphoneOs(ios),... mobile operating system developments. Also has experience in website development languages -php, jsp I like to develop this as phonegap application. But if you want it as andriod, ios it is also possible to do it using those languages. * - mobile device will capture the most crucial input and feedback * they will uploaded to the server * server will generate a report

Kindly advise whether you prefer a native (Android) application or a Sencha/Jquery mobile based application (may be phonegap based offline architecture).
