SYNC data sharing

I am using SYNC. I have a hierachal system of folders and subfolders. I need to get a SYNC export who set up...so that if i grant TEAM ACCESS to a party , they can only access that sub-folder and down the line..... not any folders or sub-folders higher. Plus.... if that can work i want to be able to overview who has access to what folders etc, when did they access, and perhaps get some auto advice when something is uploaded to a folder. If i use LINKS etc.... that is temporary and can be used by anyone who has that link. I need a more workable secure structure.
