DeCaptcha with bot for database input/output -- 2

The software mission is to input/collect information from a website, working together with a CSV file that have the information to be inputed in order to acquire the others that are on the web. the system must be: 1. Scalable - We need it to run in multiple instances. The minimum speed for this process is 500 registries/hour. We can provide a VMWare server for it. Other suggestions on how to do that are welcome 2. Adapt to any website - It need to be possible to adapt the solution to work with other websites when needed 3. Monthly Fee - We prefer to have a system administrator that provides the development and support for the solution. We are open to discuss a monthly fee for the project development and support.
