SQL Server And the Snow Flake Schema

Let us consider a data cube of a bookstore with three dimensions: Book, Time, Location and one measure sum_sales. The dimension Book contains information about title, category and authors. The hierarchy of the dimension Location contains city and country. However, the dimension Time records data about day, week, month quarter and year. 1.
