Through the ancient Asian wisdom which energetic medicine offers, along with a wide range of contemporary Western coaching and healing modalities, they learn, in an amazing community, how to master their lives, even more consciously. I need a feminine zen (Squarespace)podcast / blog - - - space, with just enoough exquisite photos of nature, beauty, art, design that they are inspired visually, also through the words spoken and written and the site also offers free classes/videos, free e-books. . .and some which they can purchase. This is all about enchanting women 50 + to easily and gracefully stretch for even greater health - This is a place where health and personal development are consciously inspired by lifestyle. I will be coming out with Seasonal Programs, beginning my 6 week Spring Jumpstart Cleanse 2020 - An enchanting deepening of the soul three weeks on-line, in community - then a 3 Day Jumpstart Cleanse in residence on my island - or virtually, then 2 weeks of completion and closure on-line.
