Wellness Project

For this discussion, each 4 member team will go to the Healthy People 2020 website [login to view URL] , navigate the site and explore the history and purpose of the program. There is a great deal of useful information on this website and you might consider using some of it as background material for your Healthy Living Reboot project this semester. On the HP 2020 website you will see "Health Indicators." Browse the indicators and select one that is of interest to your team and that also relates to the text readings for this module of the course. Then the team will create a video recording ( not to exceed 10 minutes) that: 1. discusses the relationship between the text readings and the information on the HP 2020 website that is related to your chosen indicator 2. discusses how this major Public Health concern impacts individual as well as population health and well-being 3. discusses implications for change that would improve national wellness for individuals and populations.
