Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system. 6. Continuously improve cold calling scripts and techniques based on feedback and results. 7. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in a similar industry. 2. Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, persuasive demeanor. 3. Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with prospects over the phone. 4. Strong listening and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and objections. 5. Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. 7.
