We are looking for Top Acquisition Managers! We are looking to hire 5 Acquisition Managers this month to add to our team. We are a Real Estate company, are currently doing 20-40 deals per month, and are looking to scale. We provide top-quality motivated sellers via Cold Calling, Inbound marketing like Google and FB ads, courthouse data and Radio/TV ads. Please provide your bid with your experience and qualifications. Thank you! You, as an Acquisition Manager. will: -Keep track of the deals you're working on. -Check if a property can make money using our AI tools -Talk to people who may want to sell their homes. -Make deals that are good for us. -Help the company grow by getting deals. -Make plans to get more deals every month. **We provide you with comprehensive Acquisition Manager training** >Skills: -high energy -fluent English -**positive attitude** -strong writer -clear communicator -excellent negotiator -excellent sales closer -enjoys problem-solving to make deals happen -excellent listener - able to identify potential risks/challenges -highly organized -good collaborator -believes in the positive benefits of diligence to result in better decision-making **Strong internet connection is a must** >Time Commitment Our time zone is UTC -7, PDT (Pacific Daylight Time, Vancouver BC Canada / Seattle, Washington, USA) Required days: Monday to Friday, local business hours; additional hours as needed Part-time, Full-time, to start immediately. Preference to full-time. >Compensation $2 to $3 per hour plus excellent bonus $250+/per deal closed Variable depending on your skills and experience. Uncapped commissions!

Mostly , what i do is do a lot of follow ups, understand sellers point of view and need to know how to categorize them accordingly, then ask those 4 Pillars - Condition , Timeframe, Motivation, & Price of the house wanting. Run Comps - by using Propstream , and touch base with Zillow to make sure the comps match along. How to run comps - ARV -70 it - then Rehab or repairs cost depending if minor, moderate and Full rehab plus our closing fees. Provide advantage of buying the home at a discounted price versus the house that is at a TOP dollar price? Negotiate and make sure to inform what the seller's pain points are. Provide an offer ranging from and to.. Send an offer and or provide a verbal offer and schedule a walk through if the seller agreed on the offer provided.
