Create an Animation (CEPI)

Hello, We need an animated video created (2.5 mins in length). The script and storyboard have already been prepared: 1. You can find the script here: [login to view URL] 2. You can find the storyboard here: [login to view URL] 3. Important Note: The text underneath each slide corresponds to a phrase from the script. 4. You can find the audio here: [login to view URL] 5. You must create and use your own images. We will not provide any images 6. You must deliver a first draft within 10 days from acceptance 7. All bids between $300 and $360 will be considered. --- Please answer the following questions 1. We may request some changes after we see the first draft. How many rounds of revisions are acceptable to you? 2. Will you make custom graphics? or use stock graphics found online? 3. Please answer the question on p11 of the storyboard 4.
