Create 3D model from photos

Hi all, I need help to create a 3D model from attached photos, drawing and this description. The model has to be according to scale. The plywood will be 15 mm thick and almost black (dark, dark grey). The corner profiles will be of 2mm thick stainless steel. The corner profiles will be bolted to the plywood with carriage bolts 8 mm diameter every 20 cm. "Roof" will be of plywood, not metal as on photos. At bottom of image [login to view URL] will be a "door" with joints on left side. Over the door, where there is a simple handle on the photo, will instead be a acrylic glass window. Inside of window will be oat grain. Outside of the "black box" will be some fences. Please see attached drawing and photo for details on how the different lengths will be arranged. At last we will add some environment (mostly grass on the ground) around the model. Deliverables have to be all 3D studio max files and high resolution images as jpg from different angles.
