3D character modeling and animation

I need someone to create 3D characters, rigged for either hand animation, or motion capture, and a short idle animation. Some Characters are more complex and some are simple. I will share with the qualified bidders. Low poly and High poly versions would be great. You will be provided with an illustration or sketch, not a character sheet. If you can only do one aspect of this project (for example only modeling portion), please let me know, that might also work pending the cost and timeline, and I will get someone else to do the rigging and animation. You MUST submit samples of work to show the quality. Final deliverables: If this is broken up into 3 separate projects then the following: Modeling/Texturing: 3D model project files with textures (ie. Max or Maya files with textures) Rigging: Rigged model above, project files Animation/rendering: 20-30 sec. Idle or posing animation of character project file and 1080p HD Rendered clip.
