designing a pipe

Design of 4 pipes: - You will find the requirements in the PDF. Everything should be respected. - The entire piece can be manufactured at 4mm (except the peut être fabriquée en 4mm except the clamping wings that should be 5mm) - The "bride folle" (see picture enclosed) in alu should be anodised => see on internet - Every piece should be 316 (except the clamping wings that can be 304) - Dn 500 = diamètre 508 mm / 4 mm - Dn 900 = diamètre 914 mm/ 4 mm Each pipes have different dimensions. Warning! For each pipe, there will be an extra 200mm to add to the A dimension. This means for example for the first pipe => 853 + 200 extra = 1053. There is a eccentric reduction of the pipe (see the picture) with the different dimensions to incorporate. You can probably find on your database or on internet the drawing for an eccentric reduction going from 900 to 500mm. The pipe will be surrounded by a cercle of 5mm thickness. The pipe itself will have a exterior diameter of 1050mm. The tubes have 4 mm thickness. But there is a ring of 5mm. At the end of the tube, there is a "fastening clip"/"mounting flange"/a bent to avoid the tube to go out. There are also 2 collars of 2mm thickness (See the dimension of the DN25 in the instructions).
