Modeling your house in 3D, depending on the size of the project, could have it ready in about 5-7 days. I would work with Revit and I would make the renders with Lumion to get a better quality in the images. The ideal is that you can give me a CAD file but if you only have images of the planes it would also serve (.jpg, .pdf ...) I would include the furniture and materials of walls, floors ... I would add lighting, vegetation and decoration so you can really see how your house would be finished. I would give you 3 exterior renders and 5 interior renders.
