Re-type Article from PDF to Word for Windows

I have a number of articles that were written by an attorney and published in various magazines. The attorney holds the copyright to these articles. We do not have the original text of the articles, so we need them re-keyed from PDFs of the articles. An example of the PDFs is attached. Accuracy of the re-keying is EXTREMELY important. You should provide information about your English-language skills, keyboarding accuracy, and the method you will use to proofread the re-keyed articles to catch and correct any keyboarding errors.. There are about two dozen articles that we may want processed. They vary in length, so provide pricing by the word or page of finished text. (For example, price per 100 words or price per page of finished Word document, single-spaced, 12 points Times Roman.) This is NOT a rush project. We will probably want 1 or 2 articles processed at a time. Please provide your anticipated turnaround time, in days, to re-key, proofread and return one artilce.
