Hello, I can help you to make a game similar to Mario Kart. I could make the art, music, etc to make the game you imagine. I have experience making stylized 3D art, and we can also use some of the Unreal Engine assets I've acquired through the marketplace if needed or if needed I could look for some free for commercial use assets. I have 3 years of experience using Unreal Engine for game development so it shouldn't be hard to be done be it with Blueprints or C++.
