Kinect + Unity project

Develop an app with UNITY 5+ with KINECT FOR WINDOWS (1 or 2). The app Should run as unity standalone windows App. The application should measure, through the kinect sensor, the distance from the person in front of the sensor and the location of the person. Based on that information the app should move a video that is bigger than the viewport to give the person in front of the sensor the sensation that is a real window. The video should be load from the /streaming assets folder. We can provide the plugin to play the video ( [login to view URL]!/content/10032 ) if you need it, is very easy to integrate. There are no need for any configuration screen. This will run on a single TV​, one time, so the values can be adjusted from the code if needed. And there are no user interface since the app is fullscreen video. The video movement should be very smooth like in the reference video. The resolution of the screen will be 1920px x 1080px (horizontal) and will be one single screen. This is the reference software, but, in our case, we will use just one screen.
