{UNITY} UniWebview App + OneSignal Push

Hi This is my app. There is 2 scenes 1st scene is splash scene. >> i want you create blank screen. after 3 seconds, go to 2nd scene. >> and i want you add push notification script to this scene. 2nd scene is webview form uniwebview >> load this url; [login to view URL] >> i want you create "RATE MY APP" popup to this scene --- use this " [login to view URL]" for RATE MY APP popup background and add 3 buttons on it 1st = RATE US --> when user click, send user to google play for rate 2st = CLOSE --> click to close popup 3rd = X --> click to close too And i want it display 1 day after user install. If user click RATE or Close, don't display this popup again.
