I want to convert my UE4 project into an APK for Android and make it suitable for iOS devices too (ideally both but just one will be okay too) Additional work (not essential but if you wish it can be yours): Currently the APK is a very large file. I would like to have a small APK download file and then when the app launches it downloads an update to enable the larger project

We have developed many mobile apps inside UE4 before so this would not be a problem.
