Design and Setup U.S. Mobile Proxy Network - 15/03/2017 20:27 EDT

Hello, We are looking for someone who can design a small proxy network using mobile network IPs, these IPs must be able to be rotated on demand from a control panel and or console. The system would consist of having two US mobile broadband connections (option to add more in the future) and a static server vpn that would be able to reboot these connections in remotely in order to change IP addresses. The person elected for this job will be expected to: 1. Design the network 2. Find the most economical compatible equipment for us to purchase. 3. Setup the network remotely.
