Looking for a Good Video Editor for a Quick Project

We have a Project to edit an already shot video. The video is of a Sexual Therapist in India answering common questions on sex. We need the entire video broken down into sets of questions been asked in the Video so essentially ONE video should answer ONE question. There are at least 10 such questions answered by the doctor. The styling of the Video would include 1. Adding a text of the question and a mild music to start the video 2. Adding our Brand Logo on the video on the TOP left corner (or any other area) of the Video throughout 3. Adding sign out slide with our social media network mentions.
