Remove a company logo from the back of a jacket on a moving person

As a graphic Designer I have been asked to remove a white logo from the back of a mans jacket. He appears in the video twice for only a few seconds and he moves and turns quite a bit, with the amount of movement im finding my Adobe After effects is not able to accurately track the logo because he cuts on and off of screen. I am no expert in this and cant find a tutorial that relates to this problem so I will need help. My video is just over 2 minutes and too big to send over the uploads option so I will have to send it an alternate way. I don't even know if after effects is the best program to use for something like this I am out of my element here please help!
