Create an easy custom After Effects file from video

Hi freelancers, I am after an fairly easy After Effects animation- must be done inside After Effects as i will need the project files! (but if you have any other ideas just let me know in your bid) What i need is the animation of this video from about 0.50 sec to 1.23 min ( from 50 seconds to 1 minute and 23 seconds). New freelancers also welcome, as long as you can provide proof that you can do it.
