Create a Video / Gif Animation

[login to view URL] I need the above video to have a white background so it only shows the hand and the phone and the rest is white. I will also have a video (iphone screen record) to put over the green screen. (the hand and phone video will just loop (not the dark section) and the whole video will maybe go for 10 seconds.) Once the video is complete it will be made into a GIF so it can be sent via email and it will play automatically.
