Quick edit of beginning and end of two videos

I need quick edit of already existing video where I need to add logo at the beginning and the end while maintaining the audio from the video as it is. The second video requires the same plus some clips to be taken out and new audio to be added to the video. This is an urgent job and needs to be done in the next 1 hour. Someone with editing skills can get this done in probably less then 30min. as the mission is super simple and straightforward
