I need someone who can take the vision - implement it - organize what needs to be organize, handle outsourcers, freelancers, manage projects, get things done in a timely manner. I need someone who is willing to put in extra hours - and extra time to get this running right.

You won't have to do all these things, but you should have some experience and helping manage the contractors.
WORKFLOW
We'll give you an idea of what we want done, you may have to think and be creative to figure out the type of people we need involved. Stick within the budget, stick within the timeline we need it done, follow the guidelines, create guidelines, and make sure things get done when they need to get done. Sometimes we'll give you direction with full blown ideas - of steps to follow, sometimes you'll have to take the idea and present a document of the steps.
ESSENTIALLY you should be able to take an idea - then MAP OUT *next steps.* This is CRITICAL.
You must be familiar with web pages - landing pages - email.
You must also be willing to send emails, interact with customers, reply to customers, make sure that things get done. You'll need a sense of understanding the company so you can help it run with little interaction.
We need someone who is willing to have a great relationship, long term relationship with us and wants to be committed, loyal and help build this into a bigger and bigger empire. You should be available on SKYPE. And willing to work between days/nights/weekends. There's a lot to be done, because we're in the middle of a company turn-around. So hopefully you are willing and ready to do some intensive, yet -rewarding work.

In my time for Top Employers Publishing I used to reply to client emails, update info in several excel sheets, send invoices to clients, use dropbox to get a file to certain people from the company as well as use InDesign at the end of the booking period to create the publication. I think all this has made me gather enough experience to handle the tasks you presented.
My English is good and so are my communication skills so I have no problem interacting with your customers or repling to their emails. My internet connection is very good and I can be available on Skype throughout the day. The idea of changing lives really appeals to me and I would love to be involved in such projects.
