Looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who can handle numerous daily tasks efficiently as I require assistance on a daily basis. Your role will be ina consultancy style enviroments , responding to emails scheduling short calls with the GM to get your job done to answer taks on her behalf, scheduling our different employees tasks etc This business is crossfunctional so being able to assist or have experience in manufacturing of supplements, transport, logistics etc would be preffered. Responsibilities include: - Scheduling and calendar management: The ideal candidate will be able to expertly manage my schedule and stay on top of my appointments to ensure smooth operations. - Email and correspondence management: I receive numerous emails daily, and require someone who can sort, categorize, and prioritize them smartly, and also handle the necessary correspondence. - Travel arrangements: Frequent traveling is a part of my routine. The candidate must be proficient in making all sorts of travel arrangements, including, but not limited to booking flights, hotel reservations, and arranging transportation. - Planning projects for employees: The assistant will also be responsible for planning various business projects and ensure their smooth day-to-day execution. Lastly, I require the chosen candidate to provide me with detailed written reports for the tasks. This will ensure I am always aware of what’s happening and where we stand. Ideal Skills: - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in written communication for reporting - Familiarity with various project management tactics - Ability to handle scheduling and travel arrangements - Expertise in email and correspondence management.
