We are a small but mighty team. We focus on commercial real estate. We are looking to add a high energy Virtual Assistant. We provide training, scripts, phone numbers, and all online tools. The ideal candidate has experience on the phone and experience in cold calling in real estate field. ***We are looking For candidates from Venezuela, Costa Rica and South Africa*** Pay range from $4.5 to $5.5 USD per hour Position Overview: The Real Estate VA position will consist of cold calling Prospect leads and confirming identity and ownership. You will also be asked to confirm/ acquire property information from contact if confirmed. *Job will involve a substantial amount of talking. We are looking for someone who has experience with Real Estate Tools like: -MOJO DIALER -REI REPLY -PODIO -EXCEL -SHEETS -PROPSTREAM -COSTAR **NOT necessary to know all of them just knowledge of how to use like systems** Responsibilities: 1. Outbound cold calling to prospects using the dialer and scripts we provide. 2. Choosing dispositions for the prospects/contacts according within cold call platform. 3. Handling objections properly. 4. Scheduling follow up calls for either yourself or another team member. Daily update at end of shift. Qualifications: - Speaks & writes English with proper grammar - Stable internet connection & reliable computer with functioning headset - Basic computer knowledge - Real estate knowledge/experience preferred - Cold calling experience preferred - Sales experience preferred - Experience with power dialer preferred - Great communication skills - Ability to learn & adapt quickly to company changes - Persistent, consistent, hard working, no call reluctance - Thick skin - Reliable - Coachable/Trainable/Quick Learner - Shows up on time to every meeting and shift *** EXCEL / FILE PREPERATION SKILLS not required but preffered*** Things You Will Need: - High-speed, stable internet - Computer device - Headset with microphone - High energy, a positive mindset, and a hard work ethic!
