Hi, Thanks for posting this project, I already worked for a recruitment agency for 1) Finding the best match candidates through the job portal as well as LinkedIn. 2) Do CV sorting and initial screening through chat or email with them 3) Check their expertise and compare the same with the open position for the recruitments 4) Help the recruitment manager to create a database of the potential candidates for the next screening. 5) schedule the interview and send them an email for the same and get confirmation from them. Apart from that, In another project, I help candidates to search for relevant open positions according to their skillsets and fill the job application for them, this helps them to concentrate on interviews and study only instead of spending time daily for the job research.
