Virtual Assistant - IT/HR/I-O PSYCH

E.A.S.I-Consult, LLC is a virtual management consulting firm with headquarters in St. Louis, MO U.S.A. ([login to view URL]). Our key consultants are industrial-organizational psychologists and human resources professionals. In addition to face-to-face consulting, we provide online testing/assessments for employee hiring and the development of leaders. Our customers reside in the U.S., and we are expanding internationally. REQUIREMENTS This position allows you to work other jobs while being on “stand-by” to assist our customers and our employees. Anticipated hours are 10-15 per week. You can assist us using a cell phone, PC and/or Tablet. You will need to respond to a request within 2 hours. You will need to be on stand-by from 7:00 AM Central Standard Time (U.S.) to 7:00 PM, seven days per week. Some “off time” is negotiable. Pay is $17 (U.S.) for actual time assisting a customer or E.A.S.I-Consult employee. Required Skills and Experience • Must speak fluent and clear English • Strong customer service skills helping with IT related issues • Friendly / patient / caring • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Outlook and Excel • TeamViewer or related software • Androids / IOS • 4-year college degree (or related) • Willingness to learn E.A.S.I-Consult’s customized online test-administration system • Ability to troubleshoot employee home office network (PCs / Printers / Drivers) Desired Skills and Experience (Preferred but not required) • Master’s degree • Knowledge of Human Resources/Staffing • Knowledge of industrial-organizational psychology • Experience with 360 degree feedback process • Zoom • Egnyte cloud service Other • Preferred residency in U.S.A.
