Event Driven Program Using VB.NET

I'm looking for an application to be created in Visual Basic to deal with a typical restaurant billing procedure. The event driven programme needs to allow the waiters to enter customer’s orders for starters, main meals, sweets and drinks on to a handheld device (wireless functionality is not essential at this stage). When all items have been added, the waiter will press a button on the pad to calculate the total for the bill. Another button will allow the waiters to print out the bill. Obviously all of this needs to be saved to a database. The program must have the following features: 1 Controls to list all menu items. 1.1 Starters with several options e.g. prawn cocktail, egg toast, etc 1.2 Main menu with several options e.g. steak, chicken, vegetarian rice etc 1.3 Sweets with several options e.g. ice cream, apple pie etc 1.4 Drinks with several options e.g. gin, lager, soft drinks etc 2 Controls to display lists of ordered items. 3 Controls to delete items if a customer changes their mind. 4 A control to calculate the total for the order. 5 A control to print the order. 6 A control to clear the order. 7 A control to quit the program. This is a quick job for anyone with a bit of knowledge using Visual Basic, so easy money should I say, I'm sure it won't take much longer than an hour or two to do which is what I have been told.
