vb.net plogger comment poster with deathbycaptcha support

This requirement is for a high school project and i need to show the accuracy of human captcha solver. I chose deathbycaptcha and want to go with them. Here is what i want : 1) Take this page as example : [login to view URL] 2) You have to write a vb.net project (no c#) to download the page, get the captcha, solve the captcha using deathbycaptcha and then fill all the details of the page using httpwebrequest and post (no old-age browsers - only httpwebrequest) and submit the form. Above form is auto-approve so you can check it yourself whether your bot is working. I need only a single form to enter my username, website and comment and email. The form will submit these details alongwith the captcha using httpwebreuest. This is a very simple task and iam from .net background so don't ask me for an arm and a leg. Keep your budget lower than $100 and i will have atleast 14 platforms for you (i.e. 14 projects for a total of $1400) in near future or i won't even bother with your bid. Regards,
