Multi-Format File Merger to PDF

I am seeking a skilled programmer to create a tool that consolidates various file types from a folder (xlsx, docx, docm, xlsm, pdf, outlook msg, txt, rtf, pptx, jpg, png, MS Office formats) into a sole, organized PDF. The resulting PDF should maintain the original order of the files in the source folder. Furthermore, this tool should also have the capability to extract and concatenate all attachments from outlook messages. Key features needed in the tool: • Merge files in their existing order. • Extract and concatenate all attached files. • Should skip any files that cannot be converted into a PDF format, such as executable files or certain types of media files. • Adapt the outlook .msg to portrait or landscape when creating its PDF equivalent. • Create a .pdf report with the file list (name and type), date/hour of the operation, warnings and erros idenfied. • Compatibility with Microsoft Windows 10. • Must not require administrator privileges. • No need of the source code. • The tool must run localy and offline. The ideal candidate for this job will have a strong understanding of file manipulation and data extraction, and deep knowledge of PDF generation techniques. Experience in handling different file types and their structures (xlsx, pdf, outlook msg, docx) is crucial. Also, being capable of creating efficient and error-resilient code is beneficial.
