i have an 11 minutes English spoken instruction video in WMV format. The instruction is how to use a certain feature of a website. This is the first video of a series yet to come. I'm looking for someone with an incredible voice to redo the voice over of this instruction video. That means listen to the original English text on the video. Record your instructions with your own voice in English. Create a new WMV file with the original video and your voice. The price you offer is fixed.. Your offer must be the complete offer. I do not want to negotiate halfway our conversation.
