I was working as a Solution Architect in Hewlett Packard for 15+ years and have deployed several UCCE/CVP/IVR projects at various global sites. I am also an expert in CTIOS toolkit customization and have also developed a highly customized module in Call Studio for a CVP application.
Question: Is it UCCE 8.5 with CVP/Call Studio or IP- IVR installation ?
